Participation fees help us offset the cost of the following items:

• Uniform Parts: gloves, marching shoes/boots, band t-shirts, majorette uniforms, majorette warm-ups.

• Equipment: flip folders and lyres, sheet music, reeds, valve oil, drum sticks, flags, and pom-poms.

• Food: meals for the entire season.

• Instructors: specialists for percussion, majorettes, brass, woodwind sectionals.

• Transportation: buses and drivers for all events, shuttle bus provided from Beaumont to Benedictine on rehearsal and performance days.

• Other: instrument maintenance and repairs, sheet music, or any additional unexpected expenses.
